Process

It is HOYA Group’s objectives to provide a safe, fair, and ethical working environment for anyone who works in the HOYA Group. You are encouraged to raise your concerns to your direct supervisor or the local HR Department. As a second resource to help you further, you may contact HOYA Helpline. HOYA Helpline is available for you to express your questions and concerns relating to the possible violation of the law or HOYA Business Conduct Guidelines. For telephone contact, the interview specialist at a third-party company called “The Network, Inc.” will receive and document all calls 24 hour a day, 7 days a week in English and Spanish, and other languages will be provided if necessary. "The Network, Inc." will also receive your concerns by e-mail, letter, fax, and web. The complete and accurate anonymous reports are carefully evaluated and handled promptly within the possible scope. We are aware of the highly confidential nature of the information you may decide to provide. Therefore, we will handle your information including your name with strict confidentiality and should never be disclosed to any third party without your permission, or unless required by law.
